Come along to our Gardening for Health Workshop!

Our Gardening for Health Workshop flier. The text reads as follows: You are invited to our Gardening for Health Workshop! If you’re interested in learning how to unlock a healthy lifestyle through food, come along to our Gardening for Health workshop! We’ll show you how organic gardening can be your guide to healthy food and nutrition.  This Dig It! workshop offers:  - A talk delivered by Dee Pigneguy, discussing the best foods to achieve health and well-being. - A garden tour picking fresh ingredients for a cooking demonstration. The Details When: 10am – 12.30pm  Tuesday 24 February Where: Dig It! Royal Oak Organic Garden, 14 Erson Ave, Royal Oak Workshop attendance by koha – whatever you can afford would be much appreciated.  Herbs and a cook book for sale on the day.
