Day 124 of 365 days in the community garden

Star Jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) climbing up a pole with ease. These hardy plants are a pleasure in the garden, and can be used as a ground cover or a climber. They respond well to trimming and look good all year . Star jasmine is evergreen and considered a liana, with lovely fragrant flowers in every garden setting, from sun to shade. If you are looking for a reliable and hardy plant, Star Jasmine is a great choice. (The Royal Horticultural Society has given this plant a big 'thumbs up' by awarding it an Award of Garden Merit).

"To be overcome by the fragrance of flowers is a delectable form of defeat." Beverley Nichols
