Our hungry bin worm farm is the most productive worm farm we've had - we harvest thick rich worm tea and dilute it to put on our plants. The secret to this worm farm's success is regular feeding, making sure there are enough dry materials (such as paper and cardboard) added to the mix of kitchen scraps, and keeping the worm farm in a shady position in summer.
"I think we consider too much the good luck of the early bird and not enough the bad luck of the early worm." Franklin D. Roosevelt |
