Bees love bok choy flowers. Although letting plants go to seed can make the garden seem a little 'messy' (if you prefer a 'tidy' garden) it is a wonderful way to support bees and other insects in your area. Bok choy flowers (which are edible by the way) are a favourite amoung bees. So let your plants go to seed now and then and enjoy the happy buzz of busy bees in your garden!
