Bok choy is a pleasure to grow year-round. With the cooler weather starting to set in, keep sowing bok choy throughout winter. It's quicker than most greens to germinate, and matures relatively quickly, even in winter (although it's growth rate will be slower than in summer). Keep sowing successive seeds or punnets for a continual supply.
"Growth takes time. Be patient. And while you're waiting, pull a weed." Emilie Barnes |
